Children will practice mindfulness through a short guided practice, reflect on the practices that support peace, and then will build a "peace garden."

Make a mood meter with your child to help them recognize and share their feelings.

In this activity, your child will experience multitasking, then mindfulness and compare the two in terms of productivity and calmness.

In this social emotional learning activity, your child will practice a mindfulness and forgiveness visualization and write a letter to someone with whom they've had a minor conflict and would like to forgive.

Children learn about the benefits of mindfulness, teach someone else what they've learned, and create a sand timer to use during mindfulness practice.

In this activity, your child will use two powerful questions to investigate a thought and the truth behind it. They will write and perform a skit using mindfulness and these important questions.
