In this worksheet, children determine the order of events in a story about two friends who like to roller skate together in their neighborhood.

Story sequencing will allow third graders to improve their reading comprehension by putting the sequence of events in the correct order.

What happened first? Have your young reader find the beginning, middle, and end of this short story. Use the illustrations to help her picture the events.

Help your third grader practice following directions on how to build a tornado in a bottle, and build his reading comprehension skills in the process.
