In this lesson, students will read the story My Many Colored Days by Dr. Seuss, and reflect on the many different feelings we may experience. They will use body maps to color in where they may feel different emotions in their body.

In this lesson, the class will review what it means to make an inference. After you model how to make an inference in a painting using your schema, your students will work in groups to analyze additional paintings to make more inferences.

In this lesson your students will find and examine the morals in the classic folktales of "Stone Soup" and "The Boy Who Cried Wolf."
