In this social emotional learning worksheet, fourth and fifth graders are guided to review curated articles to learn more about helpful and healthy tools that can lead to resilience: healthy eating, exercise, and mindfulness.

With this social emotional learning worksheet, your child will be guided to research and reflect on one person who has persevered. They will then create a slideshow or poster that defines and illustrates perseverance.

Students are guided to design a hammer that represents ways we can hammer out assumptions to create unity. Then, learners are asked to write a poem or reflection on how breaking through assumptions can lead to unity.

Children will create their own “best self” journal to log moments where they have been at their best. They are guided to find inspiring quotes and images, decorate their journal, and use the provided prompts to get them started on their journaling.
