In this activity, your child will be given images that portray different perspectives or emotions. Your child will practice empathy by coloring and drawing what each person may have been thinking or feeling.

In this activity, your child will discuss how to stand up for others, and they'll use pipe cleaners to design a symbol that reminds them to stand up for others.

Children will practice mindfulness through a short guided practice, reflect on the practices that support peace, and then will build a "peace garden."

In this activity, your child will learn the benefits of positive thinking. They will write positive statements about themselves and create a gratitude board.
