Children have a naturally inquisitive mind. Foster their curiosity with a walk through an autumn field or park to answer age-old “why” questions. As you walk with your child, you can encourage them to ask questions.

In this project combining nature, art, math, and science, children make rubbings of leaves then observe shapes and structures and sort the leaf images.

This super fun science project, perfect for young children, combines crafts, dressing up as animals, outdoor play, and life science learning.
