Have your child take the lead on drawing and identifying shapes, and learning art skills as well.

You don't need an actual pumpkin to get in on the Halloween fun! Combine art project with shape recognition with jack-o'-lantern cut outs.

This activity asks children to cut out geometric shapes and creatively place them on the page to create a work of art. They will become familiar with shapes like rectangles, squares, triangles, and circles while performing a creative task.

Kids practice recognizing ovals, diamonds, and stars as they color a rocket shooting through space.
