Students will explore varying climates around the world in the form of a virtual tour! Using a jigsaw format, this lesson prompts students to investigate multiple levels of a region’s climate.

In this lesson, students will learn how to decode unknown words in a texts using context clues. Students will be introduced to the idea of opposites and will practice identifying opposites. This lesson can be used on its own or as support for the lesson Is It the Same?

Your young scientists will have tons of fun visiting measurement stations and using tools to measure various objects. They'll even be able to create posters at the end of the activity.

In this lesson, students explore absolute value with and without a number line, compare the absolute values of two numbers, and apply their understanding of absolute value to real-world contexts.
