Introduce students to the term algorithm using the familiar story of The Three Little Pigs. In this lesson, students will develop an algorithm, or a step-by-step sequence of instructions, for building a house made out of bricks.

In this lesson, students will use computational thinking and design engineering to create and compare prototypes of a feeding dish for a pet dog.
