Daily Academic Vocabulary, Grade 6: Weeks 28–36
See your academic vocabulary soar in this useful workbook! Students will be introduced to new words like integral, inherent, and bias. Over the course of nine weeks, they will practice reading and writing each word in context, improving their understanding of its usage and boosting their memory. During the first four days of each week, students will practice with new words individually; on the fifth day, they’ll review all of that week’s words.
With plenty of words, definitions, example sentences, activities, and implementation guides, this worksheet is a great resource to integrate into your English lessons. Sixth graders can improve their knowledge of important words that form the foundation of academic writing, allowing students to read more complex texts and communicate effectively in formal contexts.
