Adding Integers With Counters

Count yourself as an integer initiate as you accurately add in this worksheet! Students will be asked to solve eight addition problems involving positive and negative whole numbers. They’ll draw counters to represent each addend, then cross out pairs of positive and negative counters to find the remaining counters: the sum. 

This worksheet was designed for seventh graders beginning to learn about addition with both positive and negative numbers.
