Blast Off Sight Words #4

Fire up your engines and get ready to practice your sight words in this out-of-this-world worksheet! Students will read six sight words like they, I, and at. Then, they’ll roll a die and write the corresponding word in one of the rocket ships. They’ll keep rolling and writing until each of the nine rockets has a word. 

This worksheet was designed to help kindergartners and first graders build a foundational knowledge of some of the most commonly used words. As students practice with these words, they can establish automaticity, making it easier for them to read sentences. They’ll also work on their handwriting skills! .
