Chocolate Box Sudoku

This Valentine’s Day-themed sudoku puzzle is as sweet as can be! Students will complete the sudoku by filling in numbers 1–9. Each number should only appear once in each row, column, and block. See if you can solve it!

This activity can serve as a Valentine’s Day warm-up, free-time puzzle, or an early finisher task for third through fifth graders. Sudokus help to foster critical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills, which can aid students both inside and outside of the classroom.
