Decimal Detectives: Model Mysteries #2

Solve the mysteries of decimal models in this fourth-grade worksheet! Students are presented with eight decimal models, where each individual cube represents one hundredth. Learners will study each model and write down the corresponding decimal number.

Place value models, such as these base-ten blocks, help students visualize the value of each decimal number. Recognizing decimal place value can make it easier for students to add, subtract, multiply, and divide decimals. Models can also help reinforce that decimals represent parts of a whole, which can help learners relate decimals to fractions.
