Design an Experiment Part 4: Communicate the Findings

In the final step of the scientific process, students will need to summarize their findings, including their hypothesis, their experimental methods, their data, and their conclusions. This resource will also prompt students to read and reflect on a peer’s experiment. 

This resource was designed to help middle school students familiarize themselves with the steps in the scientific process. The scaffolded questions will break this step into manageable parts, allowing students to organize their thoughts and plan how to communicate their findings with their peers.
