Edit the Articles #2

Make sure you know your articles in this engaging grammar worksheet! Learners will read eight sentences and circle the article a or an in each one. They will need to decide if the article is being used correctly. If not, they will need to rewrite the sentence with the correct article. 

This worksheet is a great choice for first and second graders learning about the function and placement of articles in sentences. Students will practice choosing a or an based on the beginning sound of the following word. As learners become better at using articles and other parts of speech correctly, they can also become stronger readers and writers.
