Ending Sounds Maze #3

Chow down on some hearty phonics practice in this food-themed maze activity! Students will be asked to color a path from start to finish by looking at the pictures of items found at the grocery store and identifying their ending sounds. For each picture they pass, students will follow the path of the corresponding ending sound until they reach the end of the maze. 

This worksheet is perfect for kindergartners and first graders working on their early literacy skills. Students will practice matching sounds to the letters that make them, strengthening their phonemic awareness and phonemic segmentation skills. These are all vital building blocks of learning to read!
