Fill in the Blank: Commonly Confused Words #1
Strengthen your vocabulary, not you’re vocabulary in this engaging middle school worksheet! Students will read through 10 sentences and choose which of the two similar words best completes each one based on the context. Then, students will be challenged to write a sentence using a word they didn’t select for one of the sentences.
This vocabulary worksheet is suitable for sixth, seventh, and eighth graders; it’s a great way to make sure students can tell the difference between words that sound or are spelled differently. Learners can work on their spelling, word usage, writing, and editing skills. They’ll also use their logical thinking to interpret context clues!
