Worksheet
Finish the Grid Map: Nina's Neighborhood
Draw a neighborhood map in this kindergarten and first-grade worksheet! Students will read five clues, each detailing a landmark and its coordinates. Learners will find the coordinates on the map, then draw the place within the box.
This worksheet will build on students’ prior knowledge of grid map coordinates by asking them to create their own simple map. Being able to understand a grid map lays the groundwork for reading more detailed maps later on. Learners will also strengthen their fine motor skills as they draw each picture in the grid.
