Galactic Decimals: Write Decimals in Word Form #3

This decimal worksheet is out of this world! In this practice, fifth graders are asked to write each of 10 decimal numbers in word form. Students must remember to correctly hyphenate numbers and use the word “and” to represent the decimal point.

Learners will convert decimal numbers to the tenths, hundredths, and thousandths, challenging their knowledge of decimal place value and word form. Once students are confident in their understanding, they can begin to compare, order, add, and subtract decimal numbers.
