Histograms

Histograms are graphs that use bars to represent data, similar to bar graphs. However, histograms are different from bar graphs because they always display numerical data grouped into equal ranges, or bins. In this two-page data and graphing worksheet, students will complete histograms from given data sets and frequency tables. This essential sixth-grade math practice will help prepare students to be able to summarize and describe data sets in different contexts.
