Worksheet

I Can Volunteer! At School

Give a little, gain a lot! Young learners explore ways to make a difference in their school community with this worksheet. This activity page gives students practice identifying examples of volunteering at school and reflecting on how they can help their own classroom community.

Learners will look closely at each example and decide whether it shows and tells a way to volunteer at school, marking a check for "yes" and an X for "no." Then, students will complete a simple sentence to share one way they can volunteer at school.

This activity helps children recognize responsible citizenship, understand positive contributions within a school community, and see themselves as capable helpers. This worksheet also teaches students that even small actions make a big difference, laying the foundation for future learning about cooperation, community roles, and civic responsibility.
