Y as a Vowel

Although y is a consonant, once in a while it behaves like a vowel. When y acts like a vowel, it can make a long i sound (as in sky) or a long e sound (as in funny). Help your beginning reader practice sounding out a few of these tricky words and identifying which long vowel sound they make.
