Worksheet

Let's Draw: Create Line Plots

Use data from a farmers' market to create your own line plots in this sixth-grade worksheet! The farmers’ market has gathered data on deliveries, the weight of apple baskets, and the cost of bags of carrots. Learners will use the provided frequency tables to construct three different line plots.

This worksheet will challenge students to build their own line plots based off of data. Graphs help present information in a clear and organized way, and learners must be familiar with each kind of graph to choose which best fits their data. This worksheet will also show growing mathematicians how data collection and graphing can be applied in real life.
