Light and Objects #2

See if you can identify the objects that let light pass through them with this kindergarten and first-grade worksheet! Learners will study four pairs of similar, common objects. One of the objects will let light through, while the other does not. Students must consider each item, then circle the object that is see-through.

This worksheet will introduce young scientists to the different properties of objects and materials. Later, students will learn many ways to describe and classify matter, and identifying objects with certain characteristics is a great way to start learning. Students will also be introduced to the behavior of light and how it interacts with certain materials.
