Make it Descriptive

When cooking a meal, adding spices make the dish more flavorful. When writing a story, adjectives make the story more colorful. This worksheet trains students to enhance sentences by adding descriptive adjectives to their writing. Instead of writing "the cake" add some color by writing, "the red cake." This will also challenge students to rack their brains for descriptive words.
