When strong emotions arise, mindfulness can offer tools to manage those sometimes overwhelming feelings. This social emotional learning worksheet guides students to design a page for a "Mindfulness of Emotions" class book. Children will review the list of emotions and choose the one they would like to draw and write about on their page. Then students will write about one tool that may be used to bring mindfulness to their chosen emotion (e.g., breathing, pausing, labeling the emotion, etc.).
