Mindfulness Practice: Set Your Intentions

Intentions describe how you would like to show up and experience something, and setting intentions can be a great way to stay mindful and bring focus to your values, strengths, and hopes at different times in your life. In this SEL worksheet for middle grades, students will learn about what intentions are and how they differ from goals. Then they will use the template to write an intention for an event in their own life, describing how they want to feel or show up as they experience this event. Print off multiple copies of this template to help students set their intentions for many different events in their life.
