Channel your inner artist with this upper elementary worksheet! Learners will design an art palette that shows their interests, goals, and by adding their name, favorite colors, and their answers to six prompts about art and creativity. Students are asked about when they feel most creative, what they hope to learn in art class, and what they would make if they could create anything.
