Pie Patterns Puzzler

Piece together pie-themed patterns in this kindergarten worksheet! To start, learners will cut out each pie at the bottom of the page. Then, students will finish each pattern by pasting the correct pies in the blanks. There are ABAB, ABB, AABB, and ABAC patterns for learners to complete.

This pattern practice encourages young learners to visually recognize sequences based on color and shape. By completing patterns, students will build logical reasoning skills and learn to predict what comes next in a sequence. Pattern recognition will benefit students as they begin to identify and work with number patterns, such as in skip counting.
