Planning the Way I Act

Planning the Way I Act

In this worksheet designed to foster mindfulness and social emotional awareness, children reflect on how it feels to practice positive behaviors and have control over their choices and the way they act. Designed to guide a conversation between caregivers and their second or third graders, kids will first list as many positive behaviors as they can think of. Then, use the rest of the activity to discuss times you've both exhibited those behaviors, how it made you feel, and make a plan to practice those behaviors going forward.
