Prefix Mix-up

Is there really a perfect prefix to fit on any misfit word? This worksheet will give your third grader practice with his reading skills and especially with forming prefixes. He will first need to read through the paragraph and decide which of the listed prefixes fit with which word. As he completes the worksheet he can fill in the blanks with the missing prefixes to reveal more of the story!
