Properties of Exponents With Variable Bases: Fill in the Blank #2

Elevate your exponent expertise with this helpful worksheet! Students will need to fill in the missing exponent in each of 18 equations. To do this, learners must apply the product of powers, quotient of powers, or the power of a power property. Exponents may be positive or negative, challenging students to apply integer rules as well.

This worksheet will give eighth-grade mathematicians the chance to apply the properties of exponents. As students become more comfortable with these properties, they can begin to solve expressions with multiple operations and variables.
