Read and Color National Symbols: France

Find out all about France and its symbols in this fun, informative worksheet! Students will read about four of France’s national symbols, including the Eiffel Tower and Marianne, a woman who represents freedom in French art. Then, students can color in pictures of each symbol and answer fill-in-the-blank questions about what they learned.

This worksheet is a great resource for improving second, third, and fourth graders’ understanding of France’s symbols and how those symbols represent the country’s values. As students learn more about the culture and values of different countries, they prepare themselves to learn about world history and connect with people across borders.
