Rounding Decimals Derby

Giddyap and go round decimals in this fifth-grade worksheet! Students are challenged to round 18 decimal numbers to the nearest tenth, hundredth, or thousandth. Then, to cross the finish line, learners will write their own decimal number, then round it to the nearest tenth and hundredth. 

This worksheet will help young mathematicians reinforce decimal place value. As students review how to round numbers, they must also pay attention to which place the decimal must be rounded to. Once learners are comfortable with decimal place value, they can begin adding and subtracting decimal numbers.
