Sight Word Dash Board Game #3

Rush through your sight word practice in this helpful activity! Students will be asked to roll a die and color the corresponding number of spaces on the game board. They’ll read each sight word as they go, continuing to roll, read, and color until they have reached the end of the path. This activity includes common sight words like him, from, and like. 

Use this worksheet to improve first and second graders’ knowledge of sight words. Lots of sight words are spelled irregularly, so it’s important that students get plenty of practice reading them. This practice builds sight word automaticity, which allows students to read more fluently and confidently.
