Worksheet
Sight Word Fluency Practice: am, are, at
Practice the sight words am, are, and at with this first-grade worksheet! Students will read 10 unique sentences, all of which contain sight words. Learners will read each sentence aloud three times, coloring in a star after every read through to keep track of their progress. As a bonus, students can circle the sight words in each sentence.
Sight words can be difficult for students to decode, which is why memorization is vital for early readers. Seeing these words in the context of a complete sentence will prepare students for seeing them in reading material, allowing them to read fluently and confidently.
