Snowflake Dots and Boxes

Learn a new logic game with this simple, wintery activity! In the “dots and boxes” game, learners will find a friend or family member and take turns drawing lines between two snowflakes. When they have completed a box, they can write their first initial inside to claim it, then take a bonus turn. Once the page is full, both players will count up the total number of boxes they claimed. Whoever has the most wins!

This game is a great choice for a chilly day inside or a long road trip! Learners from second grade to eighth grade can all enjoy competing against each other in this easy activity. Students can work on vital logic, math, and critical-thinking skills. Try laminating the page to create a reusable game board!

Try our standard Dots and Boxes Game to keep playing even after winter has ended!
