Spelling Words Choice Board

Play with a plethora of ways to practice your spelling! This handout offers students nine fun activities they can use to make spelling fun, such as writing each spelling word in the colors of the rainbow, writing their spelling word list in alphabetical order, and writing sentences for each word in their list. 

This resource is ideal for first through fourth graders with an existing list of spelling words. Some students may have trouble focusing on repetitive spelling practice; therefore, these activities give students plenty of variety! Fun, unique spelling practice sticks in their minds, allowing them to retain their knowledge for spelling assessments and future writing assignments!
