Worksheet
Spin and Write Digraphs: sh-
Don’t shy away from practice with the sh digraph! In this worksheet, students will use a paper clip and a pencil to spin a word ending on the spinner. Then, they will use the digraph sh and the word ending to write a complete word on the line, repeating until they have filled out all six lines. Finally, students will need to write a full sentence using one of the words they just wrote.
This worksheet was designed to give first and second graders valuable practice reading and writing a common digraph. As students get more familiar with the sounds that different digraphs make, they can improve their ability to pronounce, decode, and spell unfamiliar words.
