Spring Showers: Missing Numbers

The rain has washed away numbers in these sequences—can you finish them? To complete each problem, students must fill in the missing number by counting forward. This activity focuses on numbers within 20, allowing learners practice counting and writing single- and double-digit numbers.

This practice will give preschoolers and kindergarteners the opportunity to practice counting and writing numbers, both of which will help build number sense, give students confidence to count past 20, and lay the foundation for single-digit addition and subtraction.
