Trace & Color: Heart!

This is a great lesson to use at the start of the school year. The focus is creating one happy classroom! Students will get to know themselves and their peers and describe how they will make the classroom a happy learning place.

Before they begin writing letters, evaluate your students' fine motor and pre-writing skills! Vertical lines will give students practice for forming letters such as F, L, E, and H.
