Uppercase and Lowercase Letters: Aa

Learn to identify and write the different forms of the letter A in this hands-on worksheet! First, students will trace the uppercase and lowercase A’s. They’ll find all of the uppercase A’s among a set of letters, then find the lowercase A’s in another set. Finally, students will cut out the letter A’s at the bottom of the worksheet and paste them into the proper categories depending on whether they are uppercase or lowercase. 

This worksheet is ideal for preschoolers and kindergarteners who are learning about the different ways the letters of the alphabet can be written. Practice like this can support young learners as they start learning to read. Students will also work on their hand-eye coordination.
