Winter Tic-Tac-Toe: Two-Digit Addition & Subtraction

Stay out of the chilly weather with this engaging, educational game of tic-tac-toe! Each of the boxes of the game board contains two problems: one subtraction problem and one addition problem. Students will need to calculate the sum and difference. If the two equations have the same answer, then learners will draw an O in the space. If they have different answers, they’ll draw an X. See if you can find the three in a row! 

This worksheet was designed for second graders practicing their two-digit addition and subtraction skills. Learners will use their knowledge of place value and regrouping to solve each problem.
