Yoga Animal Book

Many yoga poses are named after animals. This worksheet invites students to learn more about it—and teach someone else!—by creating their own book about animals and yoga poses! Kids will brainstorm their ideas on the first page and then write, illustrate, and cut out the included pages to create their book. Great for second and third grade learners, this yoga-based activity reenforces social emotional skills around stress management and mindful moving and breathing.
