Here's an environmentally-friendly alternative to the typical noisy shaker! Try this simple craft activity with your child, and teach him a lesson about the finite nature of resources in the process.
What You Need:
- 2 empty soda cans
- Construction paper large enough to cover a can
- Stickers
- Non-toxic markers or crayons
- Several pebbles
- Craft glue
- Scissors
- Aluminum foil
- 4 rubber bands
- 12" lengths of raffia, twine or ribbon
