Seeing things one word and letter at a time is a lot easier when students can cover them with fun materials!

The Peace Corner is a space where students may practice cool-down methods such as mindful walking, deep breathing, and mindful listening. Students will work together in groups to create activities for their classroom peace corner.

Lights, camera, action (verbs)! After examining different action verbs, students put them to use when writing their own movie scenes.
