In this activity, your child will learn and practice mindfulness by using their senses to focus on one thing at a time.

Have your student draft a blueprint for a haunted house, and trick (or treat) them into learning about geometry in the process.

In this activity, your child will learn about the different parts of the brain and how mindfulness can build connections of calm.

This activity introduces growth mindset and looking at mistakes as opportunities to learn and grow, rather than obstacles. Your child will understand the difference between seeing a mistake as a learning opportunity, rather than as a disappointment.
