Leadership is a word that can hold many meanings. In this activity, your child will define the word "leadership," learn more about a leader they admire, and reflect on their leadership. Finally, your child will reflect on how they too are a leader!

In this activity, your child will use mindfulness to practice staying as still as they can. Then, during a freeze dance activity, they will pay attention to the constellation of sensations and feelings throughout parts of their bodies.
