In celebration of Earth Day, help your fifth grader write a poem from the Earth to its inhabitants.

Help your child keep track of his pledges to be more environmentally friendly with a calendar made entirely out of recycled and reused materials!

This activity is a great way to engage learners in Earth Day celebrations while cultivating skills around nonfiction comprehension and research writing.
